\"If you're going to dress like an Italian hooker, at least dress like this year's Italian hookers.\"

I'm boooored! But that's OK. I went to bed early last night because the person who runs the website with links to live TV feeds has "personal stuff" to deal with for a few days. I resorted to JTV for a while yesterday, but am unwilling to go back to hour after hour of South Park.

Contador turned in his defense to the people who want to ban him for a year. For months, everyone in the media has said there's no way that he got Clenbuterol from Spanish beef. In a brilliant turnaround, they used that consensus to say that he couldn't possibly be considered negligent for ingesting beef with that reputation. Sure, if he was in Mexico, or China, where the stuff is known to be widely used, then it would have been his fault, but he had every reason to believe Spanish beef was OK. There's tons of other stuff, too, but the Spanish Federation really should declare him innocent, which would get him back racing, and then evil organizations can take months to appeal the decision.

I'm still not following the sport, but here's the kind of story fans are dealing with right now, just to give you an idea. There's a guy named Ricco who was a really strong racer in May 2008. I was rooting for Contador that race, but mostly disliked Ricco for being an arrogant jerk on a daily basis. A few months later, Ricco was busted, along with some other stars, by a new test for a product called CERA. They went away on a two year vacation. Last year, while he was trying to get on a good team for his comeback, his (totally hot) baby mama, who also rides bikes, was found positive for something. He made a big deal about keeping his distance, even though she said there was no way she would take anything, because she was breast feeding. Ricco got onto a good team for 2011, which would allow him into the top races. Last Fall, there was a famous Italian coach named Aldo Sassi, who told the media he thought Ricco was a great talent. He said he'd like to coach him from his Institute, do tests to make sure he was riding clean, and help him to reach the top, with a clean reputation. He said it would be the last big gamble of his life, as he was only expected to live until July. Ricco said he was touched, and got together with him for tests. They were only associated together for a few weeks before Sassi passed away. Ricco said he would continue to work with the people at the Institute. Sunday Ricco got sick and was hospitalized for renal failure. They said he was in a pretty bad way. A short while ago, it became known that Ricco had transfused himself with blood that had been in the fridge he shares with the baby mama for 25 days, and he thinks it might have been stored wrong. I guess he's fighting for his life, but his career should be over again. That's pro cycling, without the bikes.

Castle had a decent episode last night, and they decided to change some things and turn it into a music video. Fun times. Detective Beckett is a hottie.
